1. Long-term vs short-term
The story
The apartment was on long-term lease for 50000 rubles. The landlord wanted to try short-term lease. At fisrt, he dealt with it himself, but realized that it was taking too much time. He found our website and called us. We had a meeting and agreed to work together.
The task
To boost the profit from letting the apartment.
The result
We took professional photos, branded the apartment, improved the description and listed it on booking platforms. After 2 months the landowner’s profit increased by 50% and reached 75 000 rubles per month.
2. Moving to Moscow
The story
The apartment owner works for an international company and he had to move to Moscow. He wanted to let the apartment and at the same time come home once a month, staying in it. The short-term lease was the best solution.
The task
The landlord gets regular income and the possibility to stay in his own apartment.
The result
We stayed in touch with the landlord, did not let the apartment when he came to the city and prepared the apartment to make the stay there as comfortable as possible. The landowner had an opportunity to stay in his own flat and his profit was 80 000 rubles per month.
3. 1 apartment changed into 3 studios
The story
The client let a 90 sq.m. two-bedroom apartment for 60000 rubles for a long term.
The task
To turn an apartment into a profitable business.
The solution
We made some alterations and turned a two-bedroom apartment into three full-fledged 24 sq.m. studios. As a result, the client began letting the studios at 3 000 rubles per night.
The result
The monthly profit was 190000 rubles, which is three times as much as the profit for letting one two-bedroom apartment.
